Platinum Sponsor (1 available)                                                                                $16,500 + GST

The platinum sponsor is unrivalled, offering excellent exposure both prior to and during the conference itself. A double sized (7.2m) exhibition booth, keynote speaker slot and Gala Awards dinner sponsorship all combine to create a fantastic opportunity to really standout from the crowd. For your customers (new and prospective), you will also receive (15) one day introductory passes and (3) individual itSMFnz memberships. What better way to make an impact and be at the forefront of people’s minds when a purchasing decision is being made?
Gold Sponsor (5 available)                                                                                          $8,500 + GST

Gold sponsors receive great exposure both prior to and during the conference. An exhibition booth to show off your product or service, key note speaker slot, plus (9) one day introductory passes and (2) individual itSMFnz memberships for your customers are included. This package is a great way to show you are serious about supporting IT Service Management professionals and their employers.

Silver Sponsor (up to 12 available)                                                                           $5,000 + GST

Silver sponsors play an important part in the conference – and are rewarded with a great value marketing package. A 3m exhibition booth, pre conference advertising plus (4) one day introductory passes and (1) individual itSMFnz membership to give away to your chosen customer(s) are amongst the benefits offered.

Exhibitor                                                                                                                          $3,500 + GST

Exhibitors receive most of their exposure at the conference itself, promoting their product or service from their exhibition booth. While there are no free passes to give away to customers, exhibitors will receive a link to offer clients a discount off standard conference pricing (not early bird) to help promote to current and future customers.

Leaflet Stand                                                                                                                  $2,500 + GST

This option will appeal to those who do not need an exhibition booth and those who want to be more passive in their approach. Space on a shared leaflet stand, located in the lounge area of the exhibition hall, will allow potential customers to review your literature at their leisure. The link to discounted standard conference pricing will also be available. For those who do not want to have an exhibition booth but would like to be a bit more visible than the leaflet stand only option, please talk to us about adding to this entry level package to get the most exposure for your budget.

We also offer specific sponsorship opportunities, such as sponsoring the Welcome Reception or a morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, training workshop or the internet cafe.
