We are pleased to announce the provisional programme for the 8th Annual IT Service Management of NZ Conference.

The organising committee are really pleased with the calibre of papers we have received and the variety of subjects being offered this year. There are Presentations, Workshops and a post conference Training Day that will suit everyone from the novice to the more experienced practitioners.
